Why is my order taking so long?
Please keep in mind this company is run by one person! Most items are made to order during the processing time of orders (3 days) and shipping usually takes 5-7 business days following processing to deliver.
How do I return an item?
Simply email me with your concerns or desire to return an item with the reason stated. I will reply within 2-3 days with my address so you can return the item to me. Refer to return policy question.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, but at an additional cost. Since shipping costs vary by country, shipping internationally starts at $15.
What is your returns policy?
If an item is broken or if you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund including initial shipping charge via Paypal once the item is re-delivered to me. Unfortunately, I cannot reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
